Absolutely not. The SEC³URE service provides information to you, against the criteria you set, of whether a healthcare industry representative (HIR) is in compliance with your access policy. This allows the hospital to then make an informed decision on whether to privilege and grant access or not. The SEC³URE service does not usurp, in any way, your decision making.
